So last month there was an ISO Meet Up in Portland at a very cute little wine bar!!

And I'm so sorry its taken me this long to get around to putting up a blog about it.....

But now the time is upon us!!

J. Robert Williams is one of my favorite local photographers!! 

But recently he has been having some health issues and unable to shoot.....

We're hoping he gets back on his feet soon!!

And to help we have an event in town as well as a donation page!!

This next image is by a lovely girl who rode up with me and Kassie to the event!!

I love this picture even if it makes me look a little like a hipster <3!!

I have to say I love how this particular image made the tank mostly opaque!!

As it was very very see through!!

This is the first time I've worked with John Hayes Photography!!

And not only do I like the product but him and his wife are rather nice in person!!

I kind of tend to hang back when I go to the Meet Ups to shoot..........

Because I'm shy or not super outgoing.....

I don't really know why

But I do know that from now on I'm going to try a little harder to shoot with more people!!

And to be a little more outgoing!!

Night Out!!

So......I just wanted to put a quick blog of what I looked like when I went out on Saturday night.....I thought I looked adorable ^.^ And this is so how I like to look!!

So I have this cute little dress on with a long sleeve undershirt.
The undershirt has a ruffled collar!
With a big gold belt with
A skeleton cameo necklace and ring.
Plus tights and knee high socks!!

This is me and the boy. I made him take a pic with me!!

Questing.....Progression of the Victorian Skirt

So I know it looks like this is the only thing that I post about but my days as of late have been full of self sustaining things......not much to post about but I have a list of things to post about today and here is the first.....

So at present time I have $107.16 out of the $155 needed for a 69.1% completion. And I see if coming along so well. Its nice though. I only have $47.84 left to go.......meaning I could have it done within the next month or two ^.^ And I'm so excited!!! Then its onto a new piece of clothing to quest for.

Questing......progress on the Victorian Skirt part 3

So I haven't been updating on much and seeing as I've made a decent amount of progress on this I thought it might be a good idea to update it ^.^

For those new to my blog (and that haven't read back in my blogs ^.^) I'll give this a new introduction......I'm trying to save up for this outfit:

Well more importantly I'm saving up for the beautiful skirt part of this outfit......easily the most expensive part too.....

Now on to the important facts......so far I've managed to save up $82.64 out of the $155 that I need for the skirt.......bringing my percentage up to 53.3% which is well over half way to me.......I can see this falling into my grasps now!! How lovely it will be to get this in the mail one day soon.......or at least I'm hoping to ^.^

A Touch of the Victorian Style

Thanks to some question raising on my facebook page I have decided what it is I will be saving up for first ^.^ and its super exciting to me.......because I've been wanting this for some time now!! So starting this month I will be saving extra cash and change and such to get my full Victorian outfit made by Artifice Clothing ^.^

Now this is no simple task here........oh no!! The skirt alone runs $155. With the choice of red black or white PVC and white or black lace. I'm thinking about getting it in white with black lace ^.^  Match that up with the Ophelia ruffle top at $50 and the PVC Victorian shrug at $57 I'm looking at an investment of $262 for the parts of this outfit I can get from Artifice Clothing alone. Not including the hoop skirt needed to keep it as a full skirt or the shipping and handling for that matter.......but it is worth every cent!!

Seeing as each piece is crafted to fit my specific measurements. So its made to order. And if that wasn't enough I get to pick my color combinations from the colors they have available. Add to that the ability to have something fun to shoot in (whether that is just pieces of it or the whole outfit) or something on hand for a costume party that everyone will be jealous of......I am sold on the idea and have set up a fund for it (donate?) ^.^ and will keep you posted on how thats going with new posts (right now at 19 cents on the first day lol).
