Beauty without her Beast

I have decided that I'm gonna start using code names for things! I hope that it makes things a little more interesting!! And it makes me feel better <3

I've always loved Belle! She's my favorite princess and always has been. And I thought that maybe there would be a rough and tumble Beast out there for me, who will just turn into my Prince Charming. But last month me and my Beast (the boyfriend of about ten months) broke up.

I'm not all too happy with this. I had gotten really attached to him and I feel like I really loved him. I was happy just existing with him and I thought that was the best thing in the world. We weren't perfect because there is no way that you can really be perfect but I thought we were happy.

But I guess he wasn't or something. I don't know really. All I know is that I got told that he wasn't adjusting to that this is what life is gonna be like for the rest of his life. A month or so passed and I just got tired of being the reason he was so unhappy. I didn't want us to break up but I hated even more just knowing that I was making him so unhappy. So we ended it on mutual terms.......

I wish that it hadn't happen. And now over a month later it still hurts and I still cry every now and then. Sometimes because I'm angry and sometimes because I'm sad. All I know is that I wish it hadn't happened and I wish he would come home but I can't just put my life on hold hoping that he will come back. Hoping that I meant as much to him as he did to me.

I hope this gave you a little insight into my life and all. And that it helps you understand why I've been a little absent for the last couple months. Sorry also for the lack of pictures but I guess I'm just not in a picture mood with this post!

Introducing Grr!!

So come meet the newest member of my family!!

Here is a video of me taking her in the field!! 

Her name is Grr and we adopted her from a family that found her wandering around in the streets one day. She is about seven plus years old and since taking her to the vet a couple weeks back she is pretty healthy puppy......though the antibiotics have her feeling a little under the weather.

She loves going out in the field to go potty and frolic a little. As well as eat grass? She's always eating grass. And one time she drug me a little further into the grass then normal and a snake got all startled and it almost gave me a heart attack.......

Inside she sleeps in our bed with us till it gets too warm......and while we're out of it she lays on all our pillows and blankets lol. She loves to cuddle with us on the couch while we play video games or watch shows. But she has a mean streak too!! She stole a whole boneless chicken breast off a plate on the table and half a huge burrito outta one of my containers........

But I love her and she's my puppy!!

Shooting: Digital Latte!!

So about a month ago I shot with a wonderful husband/wife photographer team by the name of Digital Latte!! We just wanted to aim for a lazy Sunday morning type of shoot. And here are a few of those shots.......the first one is my favorite!! 

The first two we covered the couch in some pretty fabrics and just kinda lazed around in a tank top and sweatpants like I would at home. On a Sunday morning lol ^.^

 This one is much the same when it comes to wardrobe but we were sitting in front of a blank wall with a fan to add the wind to my hair. I think it turned out quite nice!!

These last two were in a couple of different outfits. The maroon one I brought with me and the other is black and pink that was lent to me by the photographers.

I hope that you enjoyed these!! I know I had a ton of fun working with them and I rather love these pictures!!

Just Tripping: Family Vacation Day 2 and 3

Here are a few pictures of me on the second and third days.......well I think most of these are from the second day!! I got to play with my phones settings a little bit which is why they all look different!

And this is what happens after a long day of just running around non-stop. My sister-in-law, Bethany, fell asleep on my shoulder while visiting my cousin Kyra at her house!!

And this is what I ate most of the day on our third day......so healthy right? The best way to my heart of course is always food......tuna melts being my favorite for sure!!

 And last we went to visit my father! We brought the new roses with us. He's been gone 12 years now as of last month RIP!! He was my world before he passed and everything I do in the future is for him.

Just Tripping: Family Vacation Day 1

Day one has come and gone of my family vacation and I have many pictures to share!! Lets get started....

 And then there are tons of pictures from the van.....it was like a five hour drive but pretty things to look at!! And they're giving me some problem organizationally!!

On the way up we stopped at Multnomah Falls for a quick stretch on our five hour drive........and so Bethany could dance in the mirror in the bathroom! I bought a cute little magnet, which I try to do every time I go to visit somewhere. And then we made a quick visit to the waterfall itself......mom says we'll stop again on the way back for better pictures...........

Oh and I have a couple pictures of the backs of my family!! I liked the pictures anyway.......

And then we got to the hotel room!! And thats pretty much where we were the rest of the day......we ended up with a smoking suite with a jacuzzi!! Which was pretty cool. Only one bed though the couch folds out.....its still not enough for four grown adults lol!! Not to mention that there are three woman in this one room......so there is soooooo little space for our things lol.

 I do love the art in the room.....mainly the one over the bed though!!

And the rest of the night just kinda went like this.............

Snow Day!!

Anyone that's familiar with Oregon weather or at least the weather here in the valley will know just how much of a miracle those two little words are: Snow Day!!

So I thought I'd let you in on what I spent my day doing!! First here are a few pictures of the culprit........

And then I sat around trying to figure out a cool way to do my make-up for an interesting set for Zivity!! And here is a little peak at kinda what I got and I'm hoping to use it soon in an interesting shoot......or something like it!!

I know I haven't been posting a lot lately.....

I've been super stressed out with the end of term coming and catching up with all my work. And with all working and school and modeling. I've been a little stretched thin with everything. But I promise to catch up on this after this next week, after dead week in school. And then we'll get you out some new material!!

Night Out!!

So......I just wanted to put a quick blog of what I looked like when I went out on Saturday night.....I thought I looked adorable ^.^ And this is so how I like to look!!

So I have this cute little dress on with a long sleeve undershirt.
The undershirt has a ruffled collar!
With a big gold belt with
A skeleton cameo necklace and ring.
Plus tights and knee high socks!!

Corsets In A Cinch!! by Electra Designs Kickster

How many of you out there love corsets? Or better yet......how many of you out there can afford to buy all the beautiful corsets that your heart desires? Not many right? Well that is where Electra Designs comes to the rescue!! This wonderful woman designs corsets such as this:

Dance for a Reason 2012

Tonight for my Hip Hop 1 class I had to go to a community dance performance and later will have to write a paper about it. Not sure what kind of paper but I'll jump that hurdle when I come to it......but I thought I'd share with you guys how the night went!!

So first I want to let you in on a little background with Dance for a Reason....every year they do this show and all proceeds go to help a program in our community that is there to help others. This year it was for DanceAbility International and the show included preformances by ZAPP, Oregon Ballet Academy and the Eugene Youth Ballet!!

Below are a couple pictures I took.....it was really too dark most the time to take pictures but I got a couple to share......

There were a ton of great performances tonight but I have to say that Monsters Religion by Work Dance Company had to be my favorite! It was to Sceibe/Judas by Lady Gaga and it was electric. They had a video playing in the background that I only caught bits and pieces of because the performance was so great. And they interacted with the audience in a way......by using the whole stage and at the end even coming off the stage into the isles.

Another favorite was preformed by the Bounce Gymnastics and Circus Art Center. It starts off with a girl on the ground near a teddy bear with a white cloth hanging from the ceiling. She gets up and does a ton of aerial stunts using the cloth......it was crazy and beautiful. My hear skipped a beat every time she plunged down.....and she ended slowly curling down the cloth to the floor. It was fantastic!!

But that was sorta what I did with my night!! If you weren't there and are local, you missed out!!
